If you are already familiar with the 5 Moments of Need® methodology, this workshop with founder Bob Mosher and expert Nadine Westgate will get you to the next level!
The day starts with a keynote from Bob Mosher where he will deep dive on the 5 Moments of Need® methodology by presenting success stories and insights from customers implementing their solution.
After presenting your individual use case, you will work together in small groups to develop implementation plans. Of course you will get helpful feedback from Bob and Nadine if you wish.

Nadine Westgate is a passionate trainer and consultant with over 20 years of experience in training and learning. She is an expert and the leader of the 5 Moments of Need® Academy Germany.
Furthermore, she supports companies in implementing the 5 Moments of Need® methodology by structuring and adapting their knowledge in such a way that it can be easily used by employees during work.
About the event
In this Workshop you will be working in groups. Everyone will be able to present their own cases and talk about their experiences on Workflow Learning.
We want the participants to actively report on their results, success stories and difficulties with the 5 Moments of Need® approach so everyone can benefit from the experiences.
Additionally, we will introduce you to the next steps of the implementation of a digital coach in your company and provide helpful ideas, answer questions and more.
This is a live workshop where you can meet Bob Mosher and Nadine Westgate in person.
By the end of the workshop you will know how your technical solution might look like, you will have an idea about the different learning formats used in your digital coach and get inspiration by other participants.
