More than 12,000 employees at head office and in 360 stores were qualified for the introduction of an SAP ERP system.
The multi-stage qualification concept supplemented the communication activities with:
- Motivation and information events for all of the employees in the stores
- Training courses at the head office and in the stores with accompanying training documents
- Target group-specific web-based training courses for employees and managers
Our trainers were already integrated into the test phase in advance and provided active support.
Our team consisting of project management, authoring team, e-learning production, trainer team and trainer management had thoroughly familiarised themselves with the details of Toom and the general conditions in order to prepare the employees for the rollout.
